Williams Lake Child Care Resource and Referral Centre (CCRR) offers lots of programs and services for parents and caregivers. 

Responsible Adult Course

The Responsible Adult course is a great way to start your career in early childhood education and childcare.

To qualify for employment in a community care facility as a Responsible Adult, a person must be:

  • At least 19 years old
  • Be able to provide care and mature guidance to children
  • Have completed a course, or combination of courses, of at least 20 hours in child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition, and
  • Have relevant work experience

Childcare First Aid

Are you ready in an emergency? With the Emergency Child Care First Aid course, you will learn CPR and other first aid techniques for infants and children. Be ready to recognize, prevent and respond to health emergencies.
